Hi, I’m Nicole—the cook behind Wilson Eats.

I’m a full-time working mom and wife who believes good food should feel doable, nourishing, and worth gathering around.

By day, I work in healthcare tech and innovation. At home, I’m feeding my family and figuring out how to make healthy dinners happen on busy nights.

Wilson Eats started as a way to save recipes for my husband. It’s grown into a space for families who want real meals made with intention—not perfection.
