Why I Love This Recipe
These air fryer cinnamon sugar peaches are one of my go-to desserts when I want something warm, sweet, and nostalgic—but still light and simple. The peaches caramelize beautifully in the air fryer and pair perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's a five-ingredient wonder that feels like summer and comfort in every bite.
Ingredients
2 ripe peaches, halved and pits removed
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Instructions
1. Prep the Peaches: Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. If you'd like, lightly brush or pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Make the Cinnamon Sugar Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and syrupy.
3. Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the peach halves cut side up in the basket. Spoon the cinnamon sugar butter mixture over each peach half, coating generously.
4. Cook: Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the sugar is caramelized.
5. Serve: Plate warm and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Spoon any extra caramelized sauce from the basket over the top.
Notes
Gluten-Free Friendly: Naturally gluten-free—just check your toppings and ice cream!
Dairy-Free Tips: Swap butter for a plant-based alternative and serve with dairy-free ice cream.
Kid Friendly: Serve without the ice cream for a lighter treat, or slice into small bites for little ones.
Make Ahead Tip: Prep the cinnamon butter in advance and store in the fridge. Just reheat before using.
