Why I Love It:
This mimosa adds an elevated, springtime vibe to your table—like a bouquet in a glass. It’s lightly floral, not too sweet, and stunning to serve.
Ingredients (per glass):
1-2 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
Top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine
Garnish: edible flower + mint sprig + thin orange slice
To Serve:
Add the orange juice and elderflower liqueur to a champagne flute.
Top with prosecco.
Gently slide in the garnishes and serve immediately.
Notes:
Edible flowers tip: Look for edible flowers like pansies, violas, or chamomile at your local grocery store or farmers market. Always ensure they’re labeled as food-safe.
Flavor swaps: Swap orange juice with blood orange, grapefruit, or peach nectar for a colorful twist.
