Why I Love It:

This mimosa adds an elevated, springtime vibe to your table—like a bouquet in a glass. It’s lightly floral, not too sweet, and stunning to serve.

Ingredients (per glass):

  • 1-2 oz fresh orange juice

  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

  • Top with chilled prosecco or sparkling wine

  • Garnish: edible flower + mint sprig + thin orange slice

To Serve:

  • Add the orange juice and elderflower liqueur to a champagne flute.

  • Top with prosecco.

  • Gently slide in the garnishes and serve immediately.

Notes:

  • Edible flowers tip: Look for edible flowers like pansies, violas, or chamomile at your local grocery store or farmers market. Always ensure they’re labeled as food-safe.

  • Flavor swaps: Swap orange juice with blood orange, grapefruit, or peach nectar for a colorful twist.
